Hiroshi Yabunaka

Hiroshi joined Vanguard Lawyers Tokyo in April 2020 from a Japanese Law Firm that handles corporate legal matters for companies of various sizes and industries. He has provided his expertise in a wide range of areas including with regard to contract drafting and negotiations, drafting of internal and external provisions, various industry laws, and personal information laws. He also has experience in dispute resolution including labor disputes, real property disputes, and defamation cases.

Admitted as a Japanese bengoshi (lawyer) in 2017, Hiroshi is a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association. He is effectively bilingual in Japanese and English. He was educated at Waseda University School of International Liberal Studies, Waseda Law School and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (2017).
